Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the chemical/agrochemical industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
· Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
· Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
· Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Handle key accounts and negotiate major deals/contracts.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field (MBA ).
· 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Pharma, food, industrial or aromatic chemicals.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Ability to travel as required.
