JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Assembly and testing – Hydraulic Power Pack, Manifold, Valves & Pumps.
Department: Production
We are seeking an experienced professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in
assembly and testing of hydraulic power packs and manifolds. The candidate will be
responsible for assembling hydraulic components, conducting pressure and performance
testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring product quality as per design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly of hydraulic power packs, manifolds, cylinders, and related hydraulic
systems as per drawings and specifications.
Reading and interpreting hydraulic circuit diagrams, P&ID, and technical
drawings.
Installation of hydraulic components such as pumps, motors, valves,
accumulators, filters, gauges, etc.
Conducting pressure testing, leakage testing, and functional testing of hydraulic
systems.
Troubleshooting and rectifying hydraulic system issues during testing and
commissioning.
Ensuring proper alignment, piping, and hose routing.
Maintaining quality standards and documentation of test reports.
Coordinating with design and quality teams for improvements and
modifications.
Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years of experience in hydraulic power pack and manifold assembly and testing
Strong knowledge of hydraulic components and systems.
Hands-on experience in power pack and manifold assembly.
Ability to read hydraulic schematics and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of testing equipment (pressure gauges, flow meters, test benches, etc.).
Basic understanding of electrical control panels (preferred).
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of safety standards related to hydraulic systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
