Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Direct Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and closing IT service deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales activities
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to present IT services and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of IT services such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, ERP, CRM, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM too
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
