Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Explain our language learning programs and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.
- Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested prospects until enrollment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Eligibility
- 0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
Salary & Benefits
