Job Summary
Quantinix is looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to promote our Hospital Management Software and other IT services. The ideal candidate will identify potential customers, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close sales. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Quantinix's Hospital Management Software to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations.
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, field visits, and online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on healthcare technology trends and competitor offerings.
- Promote additional Quantinix IT services, including:
- Custom Software Development
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- Cloud Solutions
- IT Consulting
- Software Maintenance and Support
- Digital Transformation Services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT software sales, SaaS sales, or healthcare software sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
- Basic understanding of software products and business technology solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling Hospital Management Systems (HMS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or Healthcare IT solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- Digital marketing and lead generation experience is an advantage.
