Title: React Native Developer
Experience :2-3 + years
Responsibilities and Duties : Application Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
Code Quality and Standards:
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and deliver project requirements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Lead by example in driving the technical vision and culture within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development and React Native ecosystem.
- Suggest and implement improvements to tools, processes, and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and state management tools like Redux or MobX.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Proficient in debugging and performance optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with iOS and Android build processes and deployment (App Store, Google Play).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with native development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin).
- Knowledge of modern UI frameworks and tools like Expo or NativeBase.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or Detox.
- Understanding of security principles and best practices for mobile apps.
