DR Tech Homes is a growing name in the construction and home technology sectors, dedicated to delivering high-quality residential solutions and modern smart-home engineering. We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Sales Officers to join our teams in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.
Position Overview
As a Sales Officer, you will be the face of DR Tech Homes. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospective homebuyers or clients, explaining our project highlights/technical offerings, and closing sales to meet organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct marketing, networking, field visits, and digital leads.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients; clearly explain architectural plans, project USPs, and pricing structures.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, handle objections effectively, and guide the customer smoothly through the booking and documentation process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on real estate and construction trends, competitor pricing, and market demand in the Trivandrum/Kochi regions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referral business.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all leads, site visits, and daily activities in the CRM/reporting formats.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. (A background or interest in Civil Engineering/Construction is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales (experience in Real Estate, Construction, Building Materials, or High-Value Concepts is highly preferred). Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
- Location/Travel: Must be based in or willing to operate out of Trivandrum or Kochi. A valid driver's license and personal two-wheeler are required for field visits.
- Key Skills: Strong negotiation, excellent interpersonal communication, relationship building, and a self-motivated, target-driven attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
