Location: Domjur, Jalan Complex – Junglepur, Howrah, West Bengal
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, facility administration, and team supervision at our warehouse in Domjur, Howrah. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse and facility management, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, and stock movement.
- Supervise warehouse maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and security.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, contracts, and facility-related services.
- Monitor warehouse assets, utilities, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with government departments for licenses, taxes, and other compliance matters.
- Oversee construction, repair, maintenance activities, and tenant coordination.
- Prepare operational reports, inventory records, and management reports.
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.
