About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive who will be responsible for
onboarding developers, acquiring new project mandates, and generating business opportunities. The
candidate must have strong market knowledge, analytical thinking, and proven lead generation and
negotiation capabilities in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with builders, developers, landowners, IPCs & real estate stakeholders
Identify business opportunities and acquire exclusive mandate projects
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, competitor analysis and maintain updated industry insights
Implement lead generation strategies through networking, field activity, digital channels & industry
connects
Prepare & present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with developers
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, follow-up reports, and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal sourcing & marketing teams for project execution
Attend networking events, exhibitions & industry meetings to increase brand visibility
Achieve monthly & quarterly business targets
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 3 years + of experience in Real Estate (builder side / mandate acquisition / channel sales /
project onboarding)
MBA in Marketing / Sales / Real Estate (mandatory)
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Strong analytical & strategic thinking
Hands-on experience in lead generation & developer onboarding
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office & digital research techniques
Ability to travel for business meetings and work in target-driven environment
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of developers on boarded & meetings scheduled
Number of exclusive mandates / projects acquired
Revenue & target achievement
Sales pipeline quality & conversion ratio
