- Business Development: Canvassing for new subscribers and enrolling members into various chit schemes.
- Auction Management: Overseeing the routine chit bidding and auction procedures.
- Collection & Recovery: Ensuring timely installment payments and managing overdue accounts to minimize arrears.
- Customer Service: Addressing client queries, maintaining trust, and ensuring customer retention as chits mature.
- Compliance & Administration: Following regulatory guidelines, protecting branch documents, and processing disbursements.
- PERIVIOUS Experience: Perivious Exeperience in 3-5 Yrs in Chit Funds related fields.
- Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
