About the Internship
Marquino is looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Design Intern who wants hands-on exposure to the complete fashion product development process. This is not a desk-only internship—you'll work on live projects, interact with B2B clients, and gain practical industry experience from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design apparel collections and create mood boards.
- Develop sketches, tech packs, and design specifications.
- Work on live B2B client projects alongside the founding team.
- Assist in fabric, trims, and accessory sourcing.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for procurement.
- Conduct market and trend research.
- Support sample development and fitting sessions.
- Maintain design documentation and product records.
- Assist in collection planning and production coordination.
What You'll Learn

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design.
- Good sketching and design sense.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva (preferred).
- Understanding of fabrics and garment construction.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership.
