Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by sourcing new customers, promoting financial products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire customers.
- Promote and market NBFC products such as loans, deposits, and other financial services.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and business partners.
- Conduct market surveys and identify growth opportunities.
- Submit regular business performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
