Role Overview
We are looking for a creative powerhouse whose primary expertise lies in Graphic Design and Content Creation. In this role, you will be the visual and narrative voice of our new Ernakulam campus. You will design eye-catching graphic assets and conceptualize compelling social media content strategies.
You do not need to shoot or edit videos—our in-house Videographer and Video Editor will bring your concepts to life. Your focus is generating sharp visual design, creative hooks, social media copy, and executing organic/paid digital distribution strategies to build our brand and drive student leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Skill 1 — Graphic Design & Branding (40%):
- Design all visual assets including high-converting ad creatives, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, event posters, and digital banners.
- Maintain a sharp, premium brand identity across all platforms, focusing on typography, layout hierarchy, and visual aesthetics.
- Utilize modern design software and AI creative tools (Photoshop AI, Canva Magic, Midjourney, etc.) to produce high-volume, quality graphics efficiently.
- Core Skill 2 — Content Creation & Strategy (40%):
- Conceptualize engaging content formats, campaign hooks, and monthly content calendars tailored to tech aspirants, students, and professionals.
- Draft video concepts, scripts, and storyboards, providing creative direction to our in-house Videographer and Video Editor.
- Write clear, engaging marketing copy for captions, carousels, ad banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Supporting Capability — Digital Marketing Distribution (20%):
- Manage and publish content across our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
- Run and monitor basic social media lead-generation ads (Meta Ads) using the graphics and content you create.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Primary Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Graphic Design and Content Creation/Copywriting.
- Tools & Software:
- Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma (optional).
- Marketing Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Instagram/LinkedIn Creator tools, scheduling platforms.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showing graphic design work, carousel designs, ad banners, or social media content samples is mandatory.
- Mindset: Highly creative, trend-aware, and capable of translating technical course topics into simple, compelling visual stories.
