Sales Manager – FMCG Distribution

We serve a wide network of retailers, wholesalers, modern trade outlets, and institutional customers and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth in Ernakulam District.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales growth across Frozen, Fresh, and Ambient product categories.
- Manage and develop distributor, retail, wholesale, and institutional business.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the field sales team.
- Expand market coverage and increase outlet penetration.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution in the market.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Review sales performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline .
- 8–15 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Experience in handling Frozen, Fresh, Dairy, Food, Beverage, or Ambient FMCG products.
- Strong knowledge of the Ernakulam/Kochi market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

- Experience in FMCG distribution companies.
- Strong market network in Ernakulam District.
- Ability to manage a sales team and deliver consistent growth.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
