We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Associate to manage branch operations, policy servicing, documentation, and customer support activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Insurance Operations, Banking Operations, BFSI Operations, or related back-office functions and possess strong attention to detail and compliance awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day branch operational activities.
* Process policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and servicing requests.
* Verify customer documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and query resolution.
* Maintain operational records, reports, and MIS.
* Handle customer servicing requests and operational escalations.
* Support branch audits and compliance requirements.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
* Provide operational support to sales and relationship teams.
Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Insurance Operations, Banking Operations, BFSI Operations, Policy Servicing, or Branch Operations is mandatory.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidates
* Candidates from Life Insurance, General Insurance, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services backgrounds.
* Experience in policy administration, customer servicing, documentation, or operational support.
Pay: Up to ₹320,000.00 per year
