Sourcing Manager – Real Estate
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Navi Mumbai Real Estate Market Experience Mandatory)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager with strong knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, client handling, and channel partner management skills with proven experience in lead generation and closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Generate highly qualified leads through channel partners and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with channel partners and prospective clients.
- Handle telephonic inquiries and provide complete project information to interested clients.
- Arrange and attend client meetings at the site office and present project details professionally.
- Regularly follow up with channel partners regarding client status and business opportunities.
- Build long-term business relationships by understanding channel partner requirements and providing excellent support.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Sourcing.
- Mandatory experience and market knowledge of Navi Mumbai.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with channel partners and clients.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Strong networking abilities within the real estate industry.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Professional approach with positive attitude and team spirit.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
