Essential Skills
Good communication skills.
2-4 years experience in the Insurance domain.
End-to-End Insurance domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
Should be capable enough to get trained remotely and try to do the tasks in the minimum time required with quality.
Education & Experience
Should have a Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years experience in the Insurance domain.
Job Responsibilities
Should be capable of handling the calls as well as able to process back-end jobs.
Should understand the criticality of Process quality.
MS Office efficiency is a must.
Should maintain and share the process reports to the client and/or internal stakeholders on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
