Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue and pipeline generation for assigned verticals and geographies.
- Drive outbound sales through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, ensuring consistent daily activity KPIs.
- Deliver qualified meetings and opportunities aligned to target markets and service offerings.
- Sell end-to-end solutions across:
o AI/ML & Generative AI solutions
o Custom Software & SaaS Development
o Data Analytics & Cloud/DevOps
o Cybersecurity & Digital Transformation
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders using a consultative approach to understand business challenges.
- Drive large deal cycles involving global delivery models (onshore/offshore/managed services).
- Build strong value propositions, pricing strategies, and business cases.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and global teams to ensure successful closures and execution.
- Maintain accurate tracking of KPIs, pipeline, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Required Experience:
- Proven track record in IT services / digital solution selling.
- 2.5 to 6 years' experience should be the range
- US MARKET experience (MUST)
- Cold calling experience
- Immediate to 15 days - NP
- Should have IT SALES experience
- Experience selling AI, Data, Cloud, SaaS, or custom software solutions.
- Strong outbound prospecting and meeting generation capability.
- Experience working with global clients (North America preferred).
- Understanding of flexible engagement models (Dedicated Teams, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with C-level executives.
