Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare and develop Building Information Models (BIM) for civil and structural projects.
● Create detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
● Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve design clashes and ensure model accuracy.
● Update and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle stages.
● Perform quantity take-offs and extract project data from BIM models.
● Ensure compliance with project standards, client requirements, and company BIM protocols.
● Review drawings and specifications for completeness and coordination.
● Support project teams in design development and execution.
● Maintain proper documentation and version control of models and drawings.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
