Job Summary: The Export Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of Export Marketing & documentation, including pre and post-shipment processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, including shipping lines, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, review, and manage all Export documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company policies.
2. Handle pre and post-shipment documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
3. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
4. Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure all documentation requirements are met and shipments are processed smoothly.
5. Manage and resolve any issues related to export documentation and shipments.
6. Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
7. Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements related to export documentation.
9. Market update to all the customer by mail & WhatsApp/skype & other communication Apps.
10. Data surfing & data analysis
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in export documentation, import-export coordination, or a related role.
3. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing documents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), chat Gpt, smart AI & excel word.
7. Experience with shipping line coordination and logistics is a plus.
