2 Experience in implementation and configuration on protocols and wireless devices
3 Firmware/IOS upgrade of Switch/Router/Firewalls
4 Working closely with our various teams across the organization to ensure fast, smooth rollout of resolving issues.
5 Knowledge and understanding of DNS and DHCP
6 Troubleshoot on call on L1, L2, L3 issues.
7 Monitoring Tools: Solar winds. Good understanding on Lancope, wireshark
8 Investigate and diagnose Incidents, attempt to resolve them or escalate/refer them to appropriate team
9 Participate in daily/weekly/monthly status calls with clients.
10 Working on Issues on SDWAN an Any connect environment.
