About the Role
Healthy18 Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a data-driven E-commerce Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across major e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing marketplace advertising, driving sales, and improving campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Myntra, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Search Ads, Display Ads, and other marketplace ad formats.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, Impressions, and Sales.
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and campaign restructuring to improve performance.
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets across multiple marketplaces.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Work closely with Category Managers, KAMs, Content, and Design teams to improve listing performance and conversions.
- Plan promotional campaigns during sale events and festive periods.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest marketplace advertising trends and platform updates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads Manager, and quick-commerce advertising platforms.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and advertising budgets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
