Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Executive / IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining system security and network connectivity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Manage LAN/Wi-Fi networks and ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity.
- Monitor system performance and maintain data security, backup, and recovery processes.
- Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and other required applications.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentation.
- Support CCTV systems, biometric devices, and attendance systems whenever required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, CRM, and other company software applications.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware servicing and IT support when required.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, MS Office, and antivirus tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
