Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Technical, and Support functions
✅ Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
✅ Screening profiles and conducting initial interviews
✅ Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
✅ Managing offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups
✅ Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS
✅ Building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of recruitment experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in bulk hiring or dealership/automotive recruitment is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals
