Job Title: Sales Intern
Location: Interiosplash, JP Nagar, Bengaluru
Type: Internship (Full-time)
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: Depends on Interview [10 to 15 k]+ incentive
Note: Candidate must have their own laptop. its completely work from office.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and the interior design industry. You will have the opportunity to learn sales strategies, interact with clients, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential clients and initiating contact.
- Support the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Learn and maintain basic knowledge of our design services and products.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients and leads to build relationships.
- Help manage CRM data and track client interactions.
- Participate in consultations with clients to understand their needs.
- Assist in preparing sales pitches and presentations.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless client interactions.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to explore business prospect .
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and interior design.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel for lead tracking.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn sales techniques.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
