Position Title: Technician
Location: HSR, Bangalore
Work days : 6 days (Rotational week off)
CTC : Upto 2.5 LPA
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Operations Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for solving technician escalations and product related queries to customers and
support team on a day to day basis. The person will also be responsible to train, manage and
assess performance of field professionals who perform installation and troubleshooting of the
product
Product category: Smart devices viz Smart door lock and video door bell
Key Responsibilities:
1. Escalation handling:
● Handle day to day technical escalations related to the product
● Guide the team and field professionals
● Troubleshoot and repair products whenever required
2. Field professional training:
● Train field professionals regarding the product and troubleshooting steps
● Monitor the performance and guide them from time to time
3. Product troubleshooting
● Repair products from time to time to gain knowledge
● Occasional visits to customer location and warehouse
Qualifications:
● Diploma or any graduate
● Minimum of 1 years of work experience in technical operations (Freshers are also
welcomed)
● Excellent soft skills
● Good communication skills
● Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
Pay: ₹15,050.83 - ₹16,622.12 per month
