About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Team Leads to join our growing real estate team across Pune. The role involves handling end-to-end sales for premium residential projects, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and driving closures.
Candidates with strong communication skills, sales confidence, and experience in residential real estate will have excellent growth and earning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-ins, digital leads, channel partner leads, and referrals
- Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Maintain strong follow-ups and convert prospects into bookings
- Negotiate pricing and coordinate documentation with clients and developers
- Maintain CRM updates and track the sales pipeline regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Team Lead candidates will also guide junior sales executives and support team performance
Candidate Profile
- 1–4 Years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Experience in premium residential projects preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Good knowledge of Pune real estate micro-markets
- Candidates with experience in East Pune market are preferred
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
- Leadership experience preferred for Team Lead role
