About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support learners throughout their learning journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for learner engagement, issue resolution, learner satisfaction, and ensuring students successfully complete their courses and placement activities.
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learners.
Key Responsibilities
Learner Engagement & Retention
- Be the main point of contact for learners throughout their learning journey
- Monitor learner attendance, participation, and overall progress
- Identify learners who may need additional support and follow up regularly
- Encourage learners to stay engaged and complete the course successfully
Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle learner queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Assist learners with technical issues, schedule conflicts, and course-related challenges
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely closure
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from learners regarding trainers, sessions, and learning experience
- Share feedback and suggestions with internal teams to improve learner satisfaction
- Represent learner concerns and contribute to improving the overall learner experience
Requirements Must Have
- Any degree
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple learners and tasks effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and learner-focused approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support, customer success, EdTech, or learner engagement
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM tools, and LMS platforms

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
