Gurana Digital Dynamo is a complete marketing solutions company. We deliver both digital and offline marketing for brands across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and beyond. We are hiring 3 Graphic Designers to build the visual identity of our clients' campaigns, across both digital and print.
This is a 100% Work From Home role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design social media creatives, ad banners and campaign visuals
- Create print-ready designs - brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, packaging
- Build and apply brand identity - logos, colour systems, typography
- Design thumbnails, presentation decks and marketing collateral
- Create motion graphics and simple animated posts for social media
- Work from briefs, take feedback and deliver revisions on schedule
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines across every asset
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Adobe Photoshop - advanced, hands-on
- Adobe Illustrator - vector work, logos, print-ready artwork
- Motion Graphics - animated posts and simple video creatives
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking, not just execution
- Solid grasp of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy
- Understanding of print vs digital output - CMYK/RGB, bleed, resolution, file formats
- Own laptop or PC capable of running the Adobe suite, plus a stable internet connection
GOOD TO HAVE (ADDED ADVANTAGE)
- Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma or Canva
- Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for video creatives
- UI design for websites and landing pages
- Illustration or hand-drawing ability
- Experience designing for performance marketing and paid ads
WHAT WE OFFER
- Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 per month, based on your work
