- Calling and following up with leads.
- Conducting pre-assessment and post-assessment client calls.
- Converting leads into clients.
- Maintaining client records and coordinating with the team.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in mental health background, preferred.
- Sales/telecalling experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and empathetic approach.
