Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for residential & plotted developments, Plan project launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal promotions
Identify target audience, pricing positioning, and competitive advantage
2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Drive qualified leads through digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM)
Optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROI across campaigns
Manage landing pages, funnels, and conversion tracking
3. Branding & Communication
Build strong brand presence across online and offline channels
Oversee creatives, content, and campaign messaging
Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
4. Digital Marketing Management
Manage website performance, SEO, and traffic growth
Handle social media strategy and engagement campaigns
Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards)
5. Channel Marketing & Partnerships
Work with brokers, channel partners, and agencies
Develop referral and partner marketing programs
Manage vendor relationships (creative, media, PR agencies)
6. Project Launch & Events
Plan and execute site launches, events, and exhibitions
Coordinate with sales team for campaign rollouts
Ensure high footfall and conversions during events
7. CRM & Customer Engagement
Implement CRM strategies for lead nurturing
Improve customer journey from inquiry to booking
Retargeting and remarketing campaigns
8. Budgeting & ROI Management
Plan and allocate marketing budgets effectively
Track campaign performance and optimize spend
Deliver measurable ROI on all marketing activities
9. Team Leadership
Lead and manage marketing team (digital, creative, field marketing)
Set KPIs and performance goals
