Compensation & Benefits
Training Period: 4 months
Stipend (Within Training): ₹16,000 per month (Initial 4 months)
Post-Training CTC: ₹4.5.0–6.0 LPA
Work Model: 5-day working
Benefits: Provident Fund, Medical Insurance, Leave Benefits, Gym Allowance and Training/Creative Certification
Service Agreement: 18 months (including training)
Refundable security cheque of ₹2.5 lakhs (zero-balance account acceptable)
Required Skills
Strong fundamentals in programming
Knowledge of OOPs, Data Structures & Algorithms
Good analytical and logical abilities
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
1-2 Development Projects in MERN (Good to have)
Selection Process
Initial Screening with Coding Profiles. (400+ coding questions solved)
Programming / Aptitude Test (1 hour)
Technical Group Discussion
Technical Interview
HR Discussion
