We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the US Healthcare
and/or Health Insurance domain for a full-time opportunity based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business
requirements.
Work with healthcare datasets to identify trends, insights, and business
opportunities.
Support ETL mapping, data transformation, and data validation activities.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and manage expectations throughout the project
lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience working with US Healthcare and/or Health Insurance clients.
Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, data models, and datasets.
Hands-on experience with ETL mapping, data transformation, and data analysis.
Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days per week from office)
Shift Requirements
During the first 2 months, the selected candidate will work closely with the US team
and should be comfortable supporting US Eastern Time (EST) hours.
Following onboarding, the regular work schedule will be 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST.
