Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales, operations, and client counseling.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve monthly targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, staff rosters, and discipline.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality.
- Coordinate with Admin & Operations for smooth branch functioning.
- Monitor doctor and therapist performance.
- Plan branch-level promotional activities and events.
- Follow up on leads, unconverted walk-ins, referrals, and rebookings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Graduate with minimum 3+ years of experience in Branch/Center Management.
- Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in Healthcare, Aesthetic, Wellness, or Retail industry is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
