Job Description – E-commerce Intern
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our online business operations. The candidate will assist in product listing, order management, customer support, and coordination with marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Monitor online orders and update order status
- Coordinate with dispatch and inventory teams
- Handle customer queries and support
- Assist in product pricing and promotional activities
- Maintain product data and reports in Excel
- Support digital marketing and social media activities
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Quick learner and team player
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or Shopify
- Understanding of online sales and customer handling
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
