About the Role:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle email and CRM-based support for US clients during night shift hours.
This role is focused on structured support tasks, not voice calling.
What You’ll Actually Do Daily:
- Respond to customer queries via email and CRM tools
- Update customer records and track tickets
- Follow SOPs to resolve client issues efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
- Maintain response time and quality benchmarks
Who This Is For:
- Someone who prefers structured, process-driven work
- Comfortable working in night shifts consistently
- Strong written English (this is non-negotiable)
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years experience in:
- Customer Support / Back Office / VA
- Familiarity with:
- Gmail, Google Sheets, CRM tools
- Stable work discipline (no frequent leaves, no excuses)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
