✅ Develop new products from concept to production.
✅ Design forging dies, process drawings, control plans, and 2D/3D CAD models.
✅ Work on Hot Hammer, Press & Cold Forging processes.
✅ Prepare manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD & Siemens NX.
✅ Understand CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, Drilling, Milling, Grinding & machining processes.
✅ Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
✅ Prepare and maintain PPAP, PFMEA, PFD & Control Plan documents.
✅ Manage Engineering Change Documents (ECN/ECR).
✅ Participate in feasibility studies, design reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
✅ Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase & PPC teams.
✅ Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality systems.
✅ Support tooling selection, fixture development, gauges, and process optimization.
✅ Utilize MS Excel for engineering documentation and reporting.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
