About Us
Komal Art Gallery & Art School has been dedicated to nurturing creativity and artistic talent for many years. Along with our in-person classes, we also offer online art classes to provide students with greater flexibility, save travel time, and create a more efficient learning experience. Our online teaching model allows students to learn from the comfort of their homes while receiving personalized guidance from experienced instructors.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a passionate, skilled, and professional Remote Art Teacher to teach students aged 8–25 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online art classes according to the assigned schedule.
- Teach students using structured lesson plans and demonstrations.
- Guide students individually and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage creativity while helping students develop strong technical skills.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and effective classroom management.
Required Skills
Applicants should possess strong practical knowledge in most of the following:
- Pencil Shading
- Portrait Drawing
- Watercolor Painting
- Fabric Painting
- Sketching & Drawing Fundamentals
- Composition and Color Theory
- Creative Art Techniques
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent artistic skills with a strong portfolio of original work.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Comfortable teaching children and teenagers (8–20 years).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Reliable laptop/desktop, webcam, microphone, and high-speed internet.
- Ability to conduct classes independently in a professional online environment.
Selection Process
To maintain the quality of education at Komal Art Gallery & Art School:
- A portfolio of previous artwork is mandatory.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
- Applicants may be required to complete an online interview, practical art assessment, and/or demo class before final selection.
- Applications without artwork or portfolio will not be considered.
Compensation
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- 30 working hours per week
