We are looking for an IT Assistant to provide technical support, maintain computer systems, assist users with IT-related issues, and ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and IT tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT configurations.
- Assist in LAN/Wi-Fi/network connectivity and troubleshooting.
- Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks, and backups.
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
- Support video conferencing, smart classrooms, and other digital infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT maintenance.
- Ensure data security and follow IT policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and system installation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple IT support requests efficiently.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk role preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
