Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Support
Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns to provide accurate and timely solutions.
Build trust and rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain empathy, professionalism, and excellent call quality standards in every interaction.
Sales & Business Development
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Generate and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales updates, and call details in the CRM system.
Process Adherence & Compliance
Follow UK process guidelines, scripts, and company policies with consistency and accuracy.
Ensure data protection and confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks consistently.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.
Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience and sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent; UK shift experience is preferred.
Prior experience in BPO, Sales, Customer Support, or International Calling is preferred; UK process experience is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.
