Handle Incoming & Outgoing calls: Professionally handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to client to provide information, address queries, and generate leads.
Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationship with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the database accurately and ensure data integrity.
Messaging: Send timely messages/updates/promotions to customer via WhasApp, SMS or other communication platforms.
Email Management: Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquires, resolving issues and providing relevant0020information.
Maintain Records: Log all interactions, follow-ups and activities in the system for future reference and reporting.
Meet Targets: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calls, follow-up and conversion target as assigned.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
