Key Responsibilities
Barista
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Operate the POS system and handle billing and cash transactions.
- Assist with stock management and daily café operations.
Head Barista
- Perform all Barista responsibilities.
- Lead, train, and supervise the barista team.
- Oversee daily café operations and staff scheduling.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality and service standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and service teams.
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure efficient café operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or Head Barista in a café or coffee shop.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Leadership and team management skills (required for Head Barista).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
