Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master with strong knowledge in garment pattern making and CAD operations. The candidate should have expertise in creating accurate patterns for men’s garments and handling pattern corrections, grading, and marker planning using Richpeace software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop patterns for men’s garments based on design specifications.
- Handle pattern making, grading, and size set preparation.
- Operate and manage Richpeace CAD software efficiently.
- Coordinate with sampling, production, and cutting departments.
- Analyze garment fit and make necessary pattern corrections.
- Prepare markers for fabric utilization and production planning.
- Ensure patterns meet quality and production standards.
- Maintain pattern records and documentation properly.
- Support bulk production with technical guidance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and fitting.
- Hands-on experience in Richpeace CAD software.
- Knowledge of pattern grading and marker making.
- Good understanding of fabrics and measurements.
- Ability to work under production timelines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Designing, Garment Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience as a Pattern Master in the apparel industry.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in men’s wear manufacturing.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle sampling and production independently.
