Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our Interior Design team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, be experienced in cold calling, and be willing to visit client sites when required. Candidates must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments for the sales/design team.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company's interior design services.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/database.
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Conduct client site visits whenever required to support sales conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service.
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel for customer site visits when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the Interior Design, Home Décor, Real Estate, or Construction industry will be preferred.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
