Good Communication Skills
Oversee reception, manage inquiries (in-person, email, and phone), and ensure a welcoming, professional environment for all visitors.
Maintain Students' Record and Data.
Assist the principal and senior staff in managing schedules and organizing staff meetings.
Draft and distribute circulars, newsletters, and announcements to parents and the wider school community.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for teaching and non-teaching staff, including sourcing, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Necessary joining paperwork , background verifications, and statutory compliance documents complition.
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding benefits, leave policies, and workplace grievances.
Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources
