Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the complete manufacturing operations of company, including Production, Quality, Planning, Purchase, Stores, and Maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in wire harness manufacturing, electrical wiring, switchgear assemblies, or electrical interconnection systems, with the ability to drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, optimize resources, and achieve on-time customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Production, Quality, Planning, Purchase, Stores, and Maintenance functions.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer delivery schedules are achieved.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve productivity.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and implement improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Review production planning, material flow, and operational performance through regular MIS reports.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related electrical discipline.
- Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of wire harness manufacturing, control panel wiring, switchgear wiring, cable assemblies, connectors, crimping standards, electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
- MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3–5 years in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in wire harness manufacturing, electrical assemblies, switchgear manufacturing, automation, or electrical interconnection systems.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
