Provide accurate information to client. (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
§ Visit the client place with prior appointment and ensure client satisfaction.
§ To have better coordination & provide excellent service to the client.
§ Shall be responsible for achieving sales targets of the organization through effective planning.
§ Distributing product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities.
§ Shall be taking reference from existing customer to drive sales from existing client
§ Shall be responsible for converting inquiry into order in a positive manner.
§ Shall be responsible for resolving Client complaints regarding sales and service.
§ Shall be responsible for preparing sales quotation and getting verified approved from Sales Head.
§ Shall be responsible for collection of outstanding from the Client as per company norms.
§ Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
§ Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
§ Contacting potential clients through cold calls and reference from existing client
§ Presenting our company to potential clients
§ Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
§ Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
§ Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
§ Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
§ Preparation and submission of DSR / DCR to sales manager on daily basis
