Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective and existing patients, explain our services, schedule appointments, and maintain excellent patient relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with new enquiries generated through social media, website, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain clinic services, packages, and ongoing offers.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients after consultations and treatments.
- Convert enquiries into clinic visits by building trust and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions in the CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk staff regarding appointments.
- Send reminders for follow-up visits and treatment sessions.
- Meet daily and monthly call, appointment, and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant and confident phone etiquette.
- Good persuasion and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, healthcare, wellness, or the aesthetic industry preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
