Making outbound phone calls to screen job seekers.
- Checking basic qualifications, interest level, and salary expectations.
- Conducting initial phone interviews to judge communication skills
- Answering queries from job applicants about open roles and company policies.
- Maintaining daily call logs and reporting recruitment progress to the HR manager.
