Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff to join our newly established micro hospital in Kollam. The ideal candidate should have clinical experience, strong patient care skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The selected candidates will assist doctors, provide patient care, and support hospital operations across OPD, observation, and inpatient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in OPD and observation areas
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and maintain medical records
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards
- Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology departments
- Ensure proper patient documentation in the hospital EMR system

Experience
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience preferred
Skills
- Good patient handling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts if required
